This challenging role requires an individual who can oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
  • Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms.
  • Validate payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
  • Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead and track project milestones, budgets, and reporting across key workstreams.
  • Collaborate with service lines such as tax and mobility to streamline client services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
