Senior Investment Analytics Manager

Mercer is seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Analytics Manager to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our Investment Analytics function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of industry-leading OCIO investment data solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver data analytics solutions to enhance risk management and exposure across various investment portfolios.
- Lead the development of investment analytics solutions, working closely with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for Investment Analytics, aligning with the organization's broader business goals and investment objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of investment analytics solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Provide technical documentation and training to stakeholders on investment process workflows, data collection procedures, and analysis methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in investment industry, with a strong background in data analysis and analytics.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing investment analytics solutions, with a focus on risk management and exposure.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment principles, and various asset classes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear and concise messages.
- Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
