Lead Clinical Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role in our clinical team.

  • This is a dynamic, full-time position that involves mentoring, risk management, and clinical oversight.
  • You will be responsible for guiding our clinical employees across Melbourne, providing clinical advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for community/aged care, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.

You will work remotely with occasional travel to our office for training and team development.

This is a permanent role with Monday to Friday hours and work from home options available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of Registered Nurses and Allied Health professionals.
  • Manage escalations, risks, and complex client needs.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management requirements.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, policy development, and compliance with aged care standards.
