The Job

Deliver end-to-end change initiatives across this multi-agency program:

  • Analyse organisational impacts to assess the scale and complexity of change, along with associated risks.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, peers, and specialists to identify, define, and document changes to processes, procedures, and practices.
  • Partner with project managers to develop a cohesive communication and change management strategy that achieves objectives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Organisational Change Management or a relevant field.
  • Comfort interacting with and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience working on transformation and change programs affecting people, processes, and technology.
