We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the student CRM (Salesforce) platform implementation program.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced change agent to lead a key project in the university's digital transformation journey.

As a vital member of the strategic delivery team, you will work closely with the Program Manager to deliver a priority program aligned with the university's digital transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate the delivery of the change strategy to implement a new, consolidated, and secure student CRM platform that facilitates effective engagement with students throughout their education.

Drive effective models for strategic initiatives, applying organizational and people change skills to various impacts to ensure timely delivery and support the university's digital transformation.

Influence decisions, manage stakeholders, and develop high-quality change and communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a similar context.
  • Strong understanding of current change management frameworks and their application in organizational settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
