We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Service Deli team as a **Service Deli Team Lead**. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the deli department, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the deli department, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety standards

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
