About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Gymnastics Assistant to join our team at our Mango Hill facility. As a Gymnastics Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our qualified gymnastics coaches in delivering high-quality gymnastics programs to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the set-up and operation of gymnastics equipment and classes
  • Provide spotting and support to athletes during training and competition
  • Assist with the development and implementation of gymnastics programs and activities
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for athletes and staff
  • Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in gymnastics coaching or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Positive Notice Blue Card
