The Holiday Inn is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the night operations and ensure guest satisfaction during the overnight shift.

This role reports to the Hotel Services Manager and works closely with other departments to maintain a high level of service quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests and staff by conducting regular checks and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, handling any guest complaints or issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to front desk agents, security personnel, and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operation during the night shift.
  • Maintain efficient communication with all hotel departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Train new employees on hotel policies, procedures, and software to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback on various platforms to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Assist with the night audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies to maintain a secure and respectful environment for guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software to efficiently manage tasks and data.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
