We are seeking a highly skilled Night Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting part-time role that involves ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's overnight activities, maintaining guest satisfaction and safety, and resolving any challenges or complaints presented by customers.

  • Welcome and farewell guests arriving and departing late/early
  • Maintain efficient overnight operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts
  • Serve room service and prepare dishes
  • Attend to guest requests efficiently and effectively

  • A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
  • Initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting practices

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
