Job SummaryThis Maximum Term Contract position is a Level 9 Inside Workforce Agreement position, attracting a competitive salary of around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus generous superannuation. The initial term is 10 months, with the possibility of further extension.
Key Responsibilities- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with business and IT stakeholders to assist business units define their requirements and understand technology impacts.
- Provide a point of contact for project stakeholders relating to the delivery of business analysis activities for operational and capital projects.
- Develop business cases and implementation plans, including the coordination of key stakeholders and associated business officers.
The successful candidate will have:
- IT or business-related tertiary qualification or demonstrated relevant experience.
- Possession of relevant industry certification (PMI-PBA, AgileBA or IIBA certification) or equivalent deemed experience.
- Strong business and process analysis skills, business process mapping and re-engineering.
- Extensive experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills, ability to identify, report, design and scope changes.
