About This Role

Our business division is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Venue Booking Coordinator to join our fast-paced Touring and Events team.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to assist in the planning and booking of venues for local, national, and international tours for recording artists, DJs, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and booking of events for our medium to large (indoor & outdoor) events, including music festivals, tribute shows, special events, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating tour logistics with venues, suppliers, and artists.
  • Help manage tour budgets and financial records.
  • Support the team in preparing for DJ tours and outdoor festivals.
  • Provide on-site support during events and tours.

Requirements

  • Possess passion and drive to work in the music industry.
  • Have experience in touring and/or events.
  • Maintain an established network of venues and contacts.
  • Be proficient in using CRM databases and have advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Display above-average organisational and time management skills.
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Show ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of current touring and event trends.
  • Be willing to travel locally and interstate with some tours/events requiring nights away.
