About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistics Solutions Consultant to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a Senior Logistics Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in addressing complex challenges within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and devise solutions for intricate CFS warehouse issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service through 2nd line incident management and support
  • Draft high-quality business requirements for new features and functionalities
  • Assess existing functionalities, recommending areas for improvement
  • Document supporting content and release notes
  • Analyse and document processes
  • Identify and evaluate inefficiencies, suggesting optimal business practices and system functionality/behaviour
  • Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner and solve for root cause
  • Conduct product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features
  • Collaborate with customers and development throughout the lifecycle of new features
About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in container freight station related logistics/supply chain areas and a strong understanding of factors that drive efficiency and productivity gains within the operation.

You will be working with our flagship product, CargoWise, and should have experience using it. Additionally, having a strong understanding of customs control processes on cargo and international freight forwarding is highly desirable. Experience and understanding with landside transport movements are also valuable.

You will be a clear communicator and attentive listener, adept at uncovering the root cause of problems. Thriving in challenging situations, you appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment and possess the ability to delve beyond surface-level issues.

You should be a self-starter and able to self-manage assigned tasks. Expect that you will need to upskill to meet a variety of topic areas related to warehousing and be involved in cross-team work related to international forwarding and customs control concepts.

Your Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in container freight station related logistics/supply chain areas
  • Experience using our flagship product, CargoWise
  • A strong understanding of customs control processes on cargo and international freight forwarding
  • Experience and understanding with landside transport movements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated self-driven learning and self-development
What We Offer:

As a Senior Logistics Solutions Consultant at WiseTech Global, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
