We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the construction of high-rise buildings, ensuring that all projects meet the required specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, safety protocols, and project management principles.

  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Manage a team of construction professionals, including foremen, carpenters, and engineers.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that expenses are minimized and resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their expectations are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
