Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for planning and achieving business goals, leading and managing the warehouse team, and ensuring all company policies and processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to reach targets
  • Build a positive work culture and manage the warehouse team
  • Ensure all company policies and processes are followed
  • Manage inventory and oversee product storage
  • Coordinate after-hours support for delivery vehicles
  • Ensure warehouse maintenance and cleaning are up to standard
  • Manage documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed and filed correctly
Requirements
  • Understanding of supply chain management
  • Human resources knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations
  • Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
