About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Red Rooster. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure the restaurant is run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality and safety
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff performance and development, including recruitment, training and coaching
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
