About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Manage restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
