Job Title: Customer Banking Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate customer service professional to join our team as a banking expert in a dynamic environment.

You will be working in one of our Multi Channel Branches, delivering exceptional customer experiences and enhancing the financial wellbeing for our clients.

The ideal candidate is someone who can build trust with customers through meaningful conversations face-to-face and through our direct channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support by assisting with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries.
  • Establish a strong relationship with customers through personalized interactions.
  • Work with customers to utilize our in-branch technology and digital banking options effectively.
  • Complete comprehensive Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs.
  • Process loan applications, credit cards, and associated products.
  • Capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive continuous improvement.
