Product Recovery and Quality Team Leader

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for the quality and recovery of products. As a Product Recovery and Quality Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products that meet their needs.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who can guide our team in achieving exceptional results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing expert advice on our products and services.
  • Presenting products in a way that showcases their value and appeal to customers.
  • Taking necessary actions to give products a second chance, such as repackaging them for resale.
  • Assembling products according to proper building instructions to ensure complete functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • A passion for building furniture and a commitment to sustainability.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box.
