Job Title: Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trade Assistant to join our team as a Service Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in trade assistance, looking to take their career to the next level.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily service activities, including internal and external repairs and warranty assessments. They will also be required to assess pumps and equipment to ensure completed jobs meet acceptable standards before dispatch.

In addition, they will be responsible for maintaining safe operation of service equipment, such as forklift vehicles, cranes, and specialist equipment. The role also involves liaising with staff members to ensure smooth business operations and maintaining the workshop and vehicles in a clean and tidy condition.

  • Number of job returns/customer complaints QA

Requirements:

  • Trade assistant experience
  • Confined space experience preferable
  • Car license
  • Forklift license
