Job Description:

We're seeking Casual Customer Service Ushers to join our team across ICC Sydney's Convention, Exhibition and Live Entertainment spaces.

The role involves:

  • Directional ushering/human signage
  • Manning customer service desks
  • Cloaking items
  • Ticket interpretation and seating of guests
  • Varying client requests
