About the JobAs a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our store environment is welcoming and engaging for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills and focusing on up-selling and average transaction value.
- Build rapport with customers and provide personalized service to meet their needs and preferences.
- Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with product deliveries and merchandise the store to maintain a high standard of shop floor presentation.
- Operate the till system and handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges.
