Job Description

As a business growth professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving expansion and ensuring customer satisfaction within your designated territory.

You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong relationships, and meeting ambitious targets. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a focus on both expansion and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise daily efforts to optimise performance and drive value for customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, support, and other regional sales teams, to share insights and ensure our technology meets the needs of farmers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements:

  • A deep passion for helping farmers succeed and achieve their goals.
  • Experience in farm systems or within the agricultural sector.
  • A results-driven mentality, focused on exceeding targets in a sales role.
  • Experience in growing new business, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to close.
