Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced accountant to support our growth while ensuring compliance and governance standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, processing, and reporting for a mature business.
  • Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax legislation.
  • Assist with managing cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline financial processes.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA/CA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior accounting or financial management role; experience in mining/civil contracting is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
