Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our executive committee.

About the Role
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive performance and provide strategic financial insights.
  • Review policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
  • Authorize financial requisitions and manage expenses.
  • Approve journals posted in SUN and oversee cash management.
  • Manage accounts payable, payroll, and cashiering functions.
  • Coordinate end-of-month processes, including reconciliations and audits.
  • Review revenue between accounting systems and Opera PMS.
  • Approve weekly and fortnightly payments.
  • Oversee productivity meetings and payroll system checks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial role, preferably in hotels.
  • A proactive mindset with strong leadership skills.
  • CA or CPA qualification with a strong financial background.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and business partnering skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering financial results, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.
