Job Description

This role is pivotal in ensuring our operational efficiency and compliance. The Time and Attendance Coordinator will play a crucial part in building smart roster patterns, analyzing data, and monitoring legislation requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to analyze complex data sets. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

As the Time and Attendance Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining compliant schedules, identifying and resolving compliance issues, and staying up-to-date with legislation and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain compliant schedules by partnering with management and leadership.
  • Identify, resolve, and prevent compliance issues through daily schedule audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation and agreements by collaborating with the People Advisory team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' scheduling experience in a medium to large business.
  • Experience interpreting and working with Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high levels of data entry accuracy.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workforce Management, People and Payroll Systems.
  • High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
