Job Title:

Production Team Leader

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone with experience in production management, leadership, and team coordination.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example and competently performing all duties of a senior catering attendant and catering attendant.

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising and training teams, ensuring quality and productivity levels are met. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to implement directions given by management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by example and competently perform all duties of a senior catering attendant and catering attendant.
  2. Supervise and train team members (up to 20) within designated work areas, ensuring quality and productivity levels are met.
  3. Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized and productivity and performance criteria are met.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve performance and productivity in your work areas.
  5. Investigate discrepancies in stock take.
  6. Ensure team members receive adhere to breaks and rosters.
  7. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Implement directions given by management.
  9. Ensure that all documentation is completed as per specification and customer requirements.
  10. Perform administrative and reporting duties as required.
