About the Role

Protech is seeking a highly skilled Site Management Specialist to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale manufacturing facility project in Carole Park.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, engineering, or maintenance, with experience in coordinating trades and managing installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the production team to ensure efficient workflow and quality control
  • Manage installation projects from start to finish, including coordination with suppliers and contractors
  • Coordinate the activities of various trades on site, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime
  • Data entry and record-keeping to maintain accurate project records
Requirements
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent site visits
  • Prior experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A competitive salary range of $50-$60 per hour, based on experience
