Construction Site Project Lead

A project manager position is available in a reputable construction company with over 40 years of experience delivering reinstatement projects across Australia.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality and workplace health and safety compliance.
- Manage client relationships and resolve conflicts often in occupied spaces.
- Handle make-safes, inspections, scheduling, and progress reporting.
- Forecast project revenue and completion dates while managing costs.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and meet insurer service level agreements.
- A supervisor's licence and trade qualification are highly desirable.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in construction/building supervision, preferably in insurance or renovation projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
- Proven ability to balance site work with high-volume administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety, building codes, and insurance compliance requirements.
- Occasional travel and overtime may be required during emergency situations.
