Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online advertising campaigns to ensure timely placement and accurate costing.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies using Salesforce.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client activity, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Generate reports to identify and resolve issues with Production/Finance.
  • Keep Key Account Managers informed about administrative processes and business rules.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities from incoming enquiries and print publications.
  • Refer leads and revenue opportunities to relevant Key Account Managers.
