As a vital team member, you will oversee the day-to-day operations in a 24/7 residential setting. Your role will be to deliver exceptional person-centered outcomes while maintaining service standards and ensuring programs are operated within guidelines.

Your key responsibilities will include facilitating client outcomes, reporting on progress, and taking on a leadership role in fostering a positive and thriving team culture.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality services to clients with complex support needs. You should have excellent coordination skills, experience working in a community and/or disability setting, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Cert IV in a relevant industry qualification or significant industry experience
  • A current unencumbered driver's license
  • NDIS worker screening (if applicable)
  • Satisfactory criminal record check
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in comprehensive assessment, planning, provision, and evaluation of services for clients
  • Experience working with people with complex support needs, including challenging behaviors and high-intensity medical needs
  • Significant experience working in a community and/or disability setting/service (or similar)
  • Knowledge and experience of working within marginalized communities with complex mental health, trauma, crisis, and physical needs
  • Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness
