Operational Excellence Leader
Woolworths seeks an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to drive performance and customer satisfaction in our Fulfilment Management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Coordinating day-to-day order operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of online orders
• Leading a team to achieve optimal performance, customer satisfaction and process efficiency
• Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including the Fulfilment Manager and Operations Manager
Requirements:
• Proven management experience in operational excellence processes and systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to coach and motivate staff
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make effective decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible availability across evenings and weekends as required
