Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and diligent individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member at the Trade and Fulfilment Centre in Brisbane.
About the Position:- Pick and pack orders with precision and care, ensuring customer satisfaction and product integrity.
- Perform manual handling tasks including the lifting and moving of large, bulky products, adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor merchandise and replenishment of products, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
- Focus on upholding safety standards and training protocols, creating a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the team and leadership, contributing positively to the team culture.
- Previous experience working in a similar role, with a focus on picking orders and/or cycle counting, product sequencing.
- Any experience in the trade or building industry would be an added asset.
- Good time management skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, consistently meeting customer expectations.
- A consistent focus on safety and training standards, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
