Pick Packer Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pick Packer to join our team in processing orders and shipments within strict timeframes. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and optimizing the picking process to meet efficiency targets
  • Managing workload and communicating progress to management
  • Picking orders daily to meet performance metrics
  • Packing orders daily to meet quality standards
  • Maintaining effective communication with customer service and warehouse teams
  • Participating in safety training and adhering to workplace protocols
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Contributing to team objectives by undertaking additional tasks as required
  • Supporting stocktake processes as necessary
  • Prior experience in leadership roles will be highly valued
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using technology, including Android and PC platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and initiative

Requirements and Qualifications
