Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Leader to join our finance team and drive financial performance and strategic growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on compliance, reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement. As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead the accounting and finance teams, oversee financial processes, and provide expert insights to support decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance teams ensuring accurate financial reporting aligned with international standards.
  • Deliver high-level financial analysis and strategic advice to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure management ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Drive process improvements and risk minimisation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage statutory obligations including taxation and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate annual audits and financial reporting ensuring timely submission.
  • Support internal audit and ensure adherence to corporate governance principles.
  • Contribute to board reporting and analytics providing insights into business performance.
  • Assist with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and vehicle fleet management ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting roles with a strong understanding of financial controls and compliance.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
