About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on compliance, reporting, budgeting, and process improvements. You will lead the accounting and finance teams, overseeing financial processes and providing expert insights to support strategic decision-making across the business.

  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance teams.
  • Deliver high-level financial analysis and strategic advice.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure management.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with standards.
  • Drive process improvements and risk minimisation strategies.
  • Manage statutory obligations including tax and GST.
  • Coordinate annual audits and financial reporting.
  • Support internal audit and compliance.
  • Contribute to board reporting and analytics.
  • Assist with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and fleet management.
About You

You're a confident leader with experience in accounting roles, holding a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting. CA/CPA qualified, you bring a strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting. With a minimum of 5 years' experience, you have expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
