About the Role

Forte Renewables, a leading expert in Technical Advisory, Owners Engineering, and Project Management services for renewable energy projects, is seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer / Design Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil engineering designs, erosion control, site plans, and stormwater management for renewable energy projects. The role may also involve site monitoring and verification activities during construction.

Whilst the primary focus will be on Australian-based projects, support on international projects may also be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement civil engineering designs for renewable energy projects
  • Conduct site monitoring and verification activities during construction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience in renewable energy, primarily wind farms
  • Experience in road design, 3D modeling, and structural design
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and with cross-functional stakeholders
