About the Role
SEE Civil is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our Northern NSW team to deliver significant urban developments in the region. This is a full-time role initially based in Yamba, with accommodation available on a 5/2 roster for a suitable candidate.
As a Site Engineer, you will assist the project management team with administration, planning, and scheduling of daily project activities to ensure project outcomes in accordance with contractual and project plan requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective programming and construction methodologies;
- Project administration, planning, and scheduling;
- Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance;
- Conducting quality assurance;
- Assisting in financial reporting;
- Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
- At least 1 – 2 years' experience in Engineering in Civil Construction;
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities;
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships;
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications;
- Highly effective planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others;
- High attention to detail.
