About the Role

We're looking for a Graduate Site Engineer to join our Pre-Contracts Team. This position is suited for a recent graduate or engineering student looking for a career in the civil construction industry. You'll gain invaluable insight into our construction methodologies and prepare for onsite project delivery.

This is a full-time position based in our Helensvale head office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the quality system and ensuring all relevant quality documentation is completed as required.
  • Reviewing ITP's and construction procedures with the Site Supervisor.
  • Assisting the project team in preparing construction and environmental method statements.
  • Conducting technical inspections and design supervision.
  • Monitoring daily programming of site works.

Essential Skills and Attributes

We're looking for someone with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. You should have effective working relationships, planning, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate others.
