Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring their stay with us is seamless and enjoyable.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a front office or guest services related role.
  • Qualifications in hotel management and/or hospitality-related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Literate and tech-savvy, with a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computers.
