Lead Digital Transformation

As a senior UX designer, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation efforts. Reporting to the head of product and design, you will play a critical role in delivering key outcomes for our app and online trade.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a Design Team: Oversee and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative work environment that drives innovation.
  • Create Customer-Centric Experiences: Ensure consistent customer experiences across Kmart and Target online shoppers.
  • Improve Customer Journeys: Work with cross-functional teams to identify critical customer journeys and implement strategies to enhance them.
  • Drive Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of new capabilities to keep our digital products competitive and user-friendly.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role with a strong background in retail and customer-facing products or services.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end design processes from research to delivery and measurement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.
