ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a permanent full-time role involving rotating shifts, including both day and night schedules, at our coal processing facility. The position requires dedication to operational excellence and adherence to safety standards.
As a key member of the production team, you will report directly to the Production Team Leader. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing the coal preparation processes to align with our operational goals. You will be expected to uphold health, safety, environment, and community (HSEC) standards, conduct regular audits, and address any non-compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and monitor the coal preparation operations.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Utilize the SAP system for ordering spare parts and equipment.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing or processing plant environment.
- A strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
Required qualifications include:
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitter).
- Valid Forklift Licence.
