Head of Retention

We are seeking an experienced senior digital marketer to lead our retention efforts and grow recurring revenue.

  • GrowCount monthly recurring revenue through CX improvements, owned, earned, and paid media efforts
  • End-to-end responsibility for customer experience from purchase to customer lifecycle
  • Implement tactics to improve customer lifetime value: increasing average order value, GP, lifespan/orders, and reducing churn
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth & Acquisition to ensure new customer pipeline is filled
  • Champion customer-first philosophy within the business

Key Responsibilities

CX Improvements: Grow monthly recurring revenue through owned, earned, and paid media efforts
