Store Manager Position Overview

The role of a Store Manager at Kmart Sydney Metro Locations is a key position that plays a crucial part in the success of our business.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales assistants and managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
