About this role, a leading security provider is sought in South Australia.

The Position:

This position involves providing a security presence while maintaining alertness and focus.

You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all customers and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Be accountable for patient minding duties
  • Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
  • Respond to aggression and emergency incidents, including restraints
  • Serve as a customer service ambassador for both customers and healthcare staff
  • Evaluate the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Certificate II in Security Operations and current Working with Children's Clearance
Current SA Security License and Driver's license
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be fully COVID vaccinated
Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
