You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
In this role you will :Be responsible for patient minding dutiesMonitor CCTV footage and radio communication systemsRespond to aggression and emergency incidents, including restraintsAct as a customer service ambassador for both our customers and healthcare staffEnsure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and propertySkills & Experience :Certificate II in Security Operations and current Working with Children's ClearanceCurrent SA Security License and Driver's licenseExceptional written and verbal communication skillsMust be fully COVID vaccinatedFull, unlimited right-to-work in Australia.If you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or license, please consider our Scholarship Program.
