Key Role: Strategic Communications Leader

As our strategic communications leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that drive business growth and cultural relevance.

Role Description:

This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, data analysis, and marketing theory. You will lead the development of campaigns that span the full funnel, from brand building to engagement touchpoints, working closely with media, creative, technology, and platform partners to curate how brands show up within culture.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that drive business growth and cultural relevance.
  • Lead diagnostics, guide audience quantification, champion innovation, and ensure communication strategies deliver measurable impact for clients.
  • Collaborate with business leadership, investment teams, and national leads to build collaborative thinking and support the agency's product development and culture.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years' experience in strategy and communications planning within a leading media or creative agency.
  • Expertise in consumer and communications behaviour, with the ability to synthesise data into compelling stories and actionable ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of core marketing theories, analytics, and modelling, with the ability to apply this to validate or unlock communication strategies.
  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and exceptional communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
