Dental Care Support Specialist

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Dental Coordinator. As a key member of our dental support staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of dentists and dental assistants in providing exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing chairside dental assistance to our dentists
- Delivering exceptional dental care and customer service
- Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
- Advising patients on their care
- Fostering professional relationships with healthcare professionals
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Answering telephone calls and enquiries
- Providing administrative support
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Cert III in Dental Assisting or three or more years of dental assisting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
