We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Red Rooster. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our team, supporting the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives, including profit targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
