Electrical Engineering Expert

We're seeking a Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer to design and innovate solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your Role

You'll be guiding purposeful work that supports the future of our clients. Collaborating with a diverse team, you'll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.

Main Responsibilities
  • Instrumentation & Control systems design for multiple industries in the engineering sector.
  • Clients partnering: collaborating with our clients to provide engineering solutions at all stages of the project.
  • Mentoring & Coaching: sharing knowledge and expertise with junior engineers and graduates in the team.
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration: working in diverse disciplinary teams to provide integrated engineering solutions.
  • Training & Development: building on existing knowledge and skillsets to further add value to your personal career, the team & the organization's future.
Key Qualifications

You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work. You'll also have:

  • A relevant engineering degree recognized by RPEQ, RPEV, CPENG or RPENG.
  • Instrumentation & Control systems design experience, Low Voltage design is desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people.
  • In-depth knowledge of light industrial and heavy industrial projects.
  • Fundamental knowledge and application of key Australian Standards.
