Transformative Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable project manager to lead the implementation of a large-scale transformation program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and managing multiple squads, ensuring that product backlogs are clear, aligned, and focused on delivering business value.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping how advanced technology is applied and ensuring teams deliver tangible results.

  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs across multiple squads
  • Define and refine requirements with stakeholders, engineers, and analysts
  • Set priorities and provide clarity of direction to delivery teams
  • Help squads stay focused, remove blockers, and drive outcomes aligned with business value
  • Balance business goals with technical feasibility in a dynamic transformation program
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar delivery-focused role
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs across multiple squads
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative delivery environments
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to align technical and business teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess trade-offs and make informed decisions
